I just finished a literally mirror-load to yours in my-own 264wm... Nosler brass, fed215's, 129ABLR and even settled at the exact 69.6 Retumbo.. there's definitely a nice node right there. Mine are basically 3196-3205 though, chrony'd 15/20 in that range and am very content that's where it's going to stay.
Anyway, in mine, my ES is definitely single digit.. sometimes can be tough to nail down a load for every rifle that-low* I do have a longer throat in my chamber and use a COAL of 3.375" (which gives me +/- 5 thou jump... found 5 thou to be best for groups) Pretty tight to the lands.
The only suggestion I have to pass along is to go ahead and de-burr your flash-holes in that brass, regardless of Noslers claims to have been done. You'll be surprised at the chips falling out... I'm pretty certain the flash-holes and uniform neck-tensions are what attribute to single digits in mine. I use bushings to get me 1-2 thousandths tension.. go tighter and pressures rise slightly, velocities increase and spreads go with it. Trick is uniformity.
