.260 Rem and 140 Berger VLD

Lawyers!!!! I ran QL for the powders you have on hand. It predicted a H4350 max (at or just under pressure max) load to be 1.0 grains higher than Berger's data. IMR 4831 max indicated is 1.3 grains higher than Berger. Start low and work up as always. This is a computer prediction only.

I have 4 260 rifles 1 bolt and 3 auto's
bolt gun takes .6 gr more powder , all the auto's run the same load very accurately.
H4350 with vld's or eld's best grps and velocity at the top of powder charge .

RL26 is magic with 140 Bergers in the 260.

Have used IMR 4350 and 140g Nosler PT in my Rem. M-7 for years for Whitetails. Hunt the big woods so all shots inside 100 yds. Accurate and DRT.

I've had better luck with RL16 and H4831SC, than H4350 running 140's. That being said, my one .260 runs 130 VLD's better and I use H4350 with it.
