I had a hard time in getting a barrel to chamber. In looking over the post. It sure has been a long time to get things done. Presently I have two actions in 700 Rem. I have twe different older barrels to chamber to AI in 6mm and 257 cal. To use for fire forming my cases. Those barrels will chamber with my reamers to match.
Had problem in getting a new barrel in 7-1 twist rate for the 25cal. During this time I had problems with the reamer manufactor in loosing the order for the 25cal. So I have had several setbacks over the past couple of years. Plus building a reloading shack to boot. Seem like that is taking a long time to get things done too. Going back and forth from Mexico-North to Montana every few months doesn't help either. To many irons in the fire at one time I guess.
Not to speak of all the updating in reloading equipment I have purchased over the pass couple of years to boot. I am in at the place where I am placing shelving and storage container inside the shack. Reloading table is in and attached. It's been a slow go, thinking about how to attack it. In layout, design and storaging of reloading componments, and equipment. It's coming together, but slow go.
