Just make them yourself, very easy. If you use Win cases, generally the 7mm STW will neck down to 257 in one pass. Some Rem brass is softer and may need a step down die. Simple cure, order in a cheap RCBS 264 Win Mag FL sizing die.
Adjusted properly this makes a very good step down die for the 7mm STW to 257 STW. Not much difference between 264 and 257 but for Rem cases that have proven likely to have shoulder colapses, this seems to solve the problem.
Other tips, properly chamfered outside of case mouths and a good lube. Imperial works very good.
Its really easy to do. I would never spend the money for preformed cases, far overpriced.
Good Shooting!!
