Seems like some good velocities, What length is your barrel?Range session today with N570 and Berger 135 LRHT
TULA LRM primer and Peterson brass
62.2 3172
62.4. 3251
62.6. 3243
62.8 3249
63.0 3260

63.6 3294
63.8 3298
64.0. 3316
I did get sticky extractions on the last three rounds or so. Some flattening of primers, but no ejector marks.

25 Sherman LA, Remington 700 long action preferred carbon barrel 22". I did a similar project with VT N570 powder last week. I was pretty unsure of what I was going to see. My first time really doing this. I will definitely as I see signs of pressure, decrease the amount of powder I step up each time. This first time I started with 1 grain improvements then backed down in some 1/2 grain increments. I started at 56 grains and worked up to 68 grains. I don't know what I did wrong but the Garmin chronograph didn't catch my first shot.
It was shot at 100 yds. Aim point is the top of the upside down V. I was surprised also that as I increased velocity it flattened out I guess. What distance is this shot at? Why are the lower powder charges shooting higher or what am I missing?
The target rings are 1/2". I use a leather rear sandbag and my own homemade front rest out of a scissor jack.It was shot at 100 yds. Aim point is the top of the upside down V. I was surprised also that as I increased velocity it flattened out I guess.

That is a nice looking missile launcher. What is significant about 1389 yds. , I know it an extremely long shot for me.Not a 25 Sherman, but a measly little 25SST. 26" 1:7.5" w. 131 SMKs over H1000. These are pronghorn CRUSHERS. They get out to 1389 yards REALLY quickly.

To me, that looks like an unusually large POI distribution for 100 yards. I don't have experience with this exact bullet and cartridge, but I expect to see 1-1.5MOA groups when shooting a ladder test at 100 yards in all of my rifles. I don't normally do 1 grain increments though so maybe that is the difference. How many rounds are on this barrel at the beginning of the test?It was shot at 100 yds. My barrel also is 1-7.5 twist25 Sherman LA, Remington 700 long action preferred carbon barrel 22". I did a similar project with VT N570 powder last week. I used Hornady 134 eldm bullets, CCI Large rifle magnum primers and Nosler brass.

I felt like I accomplished something good. But I'm really a greenhorn at this stuff. Let me know what you think.
That's a 12 grain increase through the ladder test. It's also over 500 fps in velocity increase. My first time doing that. I didn't know what to expect. If you look at the bottom of the group 66-68 that would fit your description of 1-1.5 MOATo me, that looks like an unusually large POI distribution for 100 yards.
