25 06 Load Info Needed

I shoot a 25-06 Sendero also, in the 1000 yard stock gun class.
Moly plated 115 gr. Bergers with H-4831-SC @ 3200 fps.
Best group so far is a 5.6"
Generally, H-4350 for lighter bullets, H-4831 for bigger ones, gets the job done without turning you barrel to toast chasing every combination.

Al, thats some really great shooting. I have never got the 115 vld's to shoot, but I havent given up yet. I think I tried H-4831SC, I just need to play with some seating depths some more. That seems to be the key.

I have been shooting 100 grain and under bullets with IMR-4350 with my old sendero barrel and now my Lilja. Its a good powder for the 25-06, It just dosn't despense as good as the others.

I have a custom Rem 700 with a #6 Shilen 26 inch barrel 25-06. I have killed well over 100 deer with this rifle. I have helped control a farm in NC for the past 17 years. I have killed deer with most calibers from 22lr through 45-70 and the 25-06 is the best one in my book.
This load really shoots in my rifle.
49. grs IMR or AA 4350, Rem. case, CCI 250 primer, 117 Sierra Prohunter, (My rifle does not like boat tail bullets) OAL 3.150, 3000 fps. The IMR and Accurate Arms 4350 powders shoot to the same POI and average velocity in my rifle. The CCI 250 primer gave the best accuracy, and I tried them all.
I sight in 3 inches high at 100 yards and at 300 yards it is only 1 inch low. I can hold in the center of the shoulder of a deer out to 350 yards and 99% of the time it is DRT. I have never had a deer go over 50 yards when hit anywhere with this load.

This load shoots well in most 25-06's especially the 24 inch barrel ones. It is the load my hunting buddy uses in his Sendero.
52 grs H4831, CCIBR2 primer, Rem case, 117 Sierra.

This is my varmint load.
52.2 grs. IMR 4350, CCI 250 primer, Rem. case, 87 gr Sierra SP, OAL 3.150
This will explode a ground hog way out there.

Got my first 25-06 remington sendero today bought off of GB so need load info
please help need to find out if 3.775 oal on that 115nbt with 52.5 rl22 is right
because of the oal i think that is the load i would like to try in mine.

thanks Ted Miller
