Has anyone built one or spotted one in the wild? I don't hunt with ARs much, but there are some neat cartridges for them. When I was looking at AR15-size cartridges for a small bolt action, the 6mm-6.8SPC wildcats seemed to offer the biggest benefits, i.e., the 6 WOA, 6mm Hagar, etc. Now that Nosler is producing brass for their own 6mm-6.8, though with a rebated rim, it might be kind of a neat little rifle on a Model Seven.

I really want one but don't want another one to fire form for. So the 6.5 Grendel with a 99 gr hammer gets me all I need with that round.

I need to build my Model Seven 6.5 Grendel project, but haven't gotten around to it. The .24 Nosler won't require any fireforming. It's a SAAMI cartridge with brass already available.

That's true but I can't find the advantages of pushing a .224 round in that brass that a 6mm won't do better. I was hoping they would offer the 6mm nosler since it came out. Then in be all over one.

You kind of lost me. This is a 6mm/.24" Nosler.

I know this is a dead thread but I too have interest in the 24 Nosler. Only due to availability I'm thinking 24-224 Valkyrie instead? This interest is based on the performance between the Valkyrie and the 6 Dasher from 500 - 800 Yards. Can this short stubby Case out perform the 6-WOA between 87-95 Grains & against the Dasher pushing 109's?

I never could get WOA to send me any data on that round. How would the 6mm ARC compare to a .24-224?
