223 with nine twist

I use the 73 gr. Berger Target BT in my Remington 5R which has a 1:9" twist bbl. Very accurate w/VarGet in Lapua brass and the CCI-BR4's. I have also had great luck with the Hornady 68 gr. Match bullet, I just preferred the Berger for the weight and accuracy.

My 1-9 shoots 77 gr SMKs better at 600 yards then it does 75 gr Hornady OTM. Try some 77 grs, either SMKs of Nosler.
