Anyone out there use bushing dies for a no neck turn .223 remington? I thought I sized mine properly but it is definitely too small. My loaded necks measure .247-9" and the bushing I'm using is .244 I'm guessing a .245 or .246 The brass is getting shaved down the neck then when the bullet is seated I can see the bullet expanding the neck back out down to the point where the base of the bullet sits. Can anyone say over worked brass?

Thanks

if your neck is 0.247 on a loaded round then you need to use a 0.245 or 0.246 bushing. Less neck tension for a bolt gun (0.246 bushing)- more for an AR (0.245 bushing).
