.22 Creedmoor Load Data

I am running the 83 gr Hammer's and the 90 gr A-tips w/ R26 in a 7tw. The 88 ELDM don't make it to the target most of the time. 85.5 Berger and 90 SMK are better but have had a few come apart. Have shot 200 of the 73 gr ELDM's w/H4350 with no trouble though. H4831sc has worked well also.
Peterson brass has some load data and they did some pressure tests with loads they found listed on the WWW. an 80 gr bullet @ 3500 fps was at 77,343 psi and a 95 gr bullet @ 3350 was at 84,693 psi (close to a proof load) with 62,000 psi being SAAMI Max.

Yep when you see speeds with 75-80gr above 3500fps in 22 Creedmoor with 24-26 barrels you can be assured it's above 70,000 PSI
Doesn't mean the guns going to blow up just be aware that good brass can hide excessive pressures. Been there and done it but others have to pee on the electric fence just to see for themselves...

I have often wondered about some of the speeds posted. I am pushing a 69gr at 3550 in a 22" tube, and I could probably stand to back it off a tenth....but some of the claims I have seen are crazy.

~MV's when the 88gr ELDM came unglued?

Well got out to shoot yesterday and settled on 41.6 gr @ 2.125 ogive. 41.4 ,41.6, and 41.8 all grouped virtually the same. There's just a faint ejector mark at 41.6 and with the grouping I figured that was a good place to stop. Thanks for all the insight fellas.

I am shooting 69 Sierra TMKs over Varget in mine, from a 22" 8 twist barrel, and having very very good results
How many grains of varget you using , I'm wanting to use the same bullets but ain't getting along to good yet but haven't tried varget

Hey fellas just started reloading for my new .22 creed build. 20" proof 1-8" trying out some 75 eld-m's w/ h4350 at the moment. Haven't seen anything very promising so far with this combo but it's only had 50 rds through it as of now so hoping maybe barrel will settle in on a load before too long. Any one had much luck with this combo in a short barrel? Most of the data I've found online seems to be from guys shooting heavier bullets(80-90gr)in longer barrels. I've seen many using some other powders and bullets but being as I've got a couple boxes of 75gr and plenty of h4350 I'm hoping this combo will shoot with good velocity. Otherwise it's gonna be a wild goose chase finding other components. Anyways any first hand experience would be appreciated thanks.
Anyone have any loads for 22CM using 75 grain bullet& RL22,or RL25,or US869? Can you form brass by running 6mm CM into 22 CM FL dies?

Building 22 CM,want loads for 70to80gr. Bullet, using RL 22,25,or US 869. Anyone have data? Please advise. Regards, D.

22 Creed, 75 ELDM, RL22, 42.0gr, Alpha brass, Fed 205, 3375fps average in 32° weather out of an 8 twist, 26" Wilson barrel. 42.5 was 3415fps, 1/2"ish groups.
I will back it down as it gets warmer, and will be looking for RL23 to try.

I ended up at 41.6 of h4350 with the 75 eldm it's running 3370 fps shoots a ragged hole at 100 yds
