22 CAL 90GR VLD Bergers Tumbling

I tried the target 90 gr. out of a 7 twist 22-243. I never witnessed a complete failure and I run them up to 3300. Even though they held together the accuracy was poor and I finally gave up on them.

I shoot a Savage LRPV .223 in LR competition. Has 1-7" twist. I was pleased with the Berger 80 gr. VLD, but tried some new Berger 90's to gain additional BC. Found that at 100 yds they shot well, but very poorly at 500M. I went back to the 80 grainers. I did not see tumbling with the 90's.
