Bought a project, and never got started. You get pre64 Winchester Model 70 action with Canjar single set trigger, no name 22-243 Bull barrel, and a custom stock(not in best of shape) SCOPE not for sale. Also will come with a set of dies.

The base plate has been drilled and tapped for a "palm rest", the box has a custom wood insert, for single shot loading. I don't have original spring or follower. This was setup as a bench rest rifle.
