Send me all your info. I need OAL, Case capacity of once fired and new Brass, velocity for new brass versus old Brass, with powder you are using, barrel length.

I will run it in QL

What dies are you using? What's the neck tension you are getting and accuracy with both loads?

When are you using the collet?
Could you explain your step by step process? I think there are several things happening

depriming and setting neck tension with the collet die on once fired brass , neck sizing new brass ,then priming loading etc

I would scratch the collet. Just resize and then the seater die. Use a bushing die. I remove all stems from my dies, they just add wear on the brass , unless you have links and dents to straighten out.

Have you tried that and seen what your accuracy is doing?

Seems like a neck tension issue and a case capacity change. Thus the extreme difference in accuracy and velocity

I will run QL for you and see if I can get some info. But measure the case capacity, pre and post firing.

Check shoulders as well, new and once fired. Have you use a modified case as well?
