No luck for me this year unfortunately, but I already had a pretty full freezer so I was being really picky. Saw a couple spikes, forks, plenty of does, but no big bucks in person. Had a couple nice ones on camera but I'm out of time (and out of my wife's patience...).

Mine doesn't give me too much grief about going out but her honey do list keeps growing. Yesterday was our last day of rifle and I got a doe to add to the freezer that is full! Now I'll be playing catch up on that list.

Thank you! First deer with the smokeless and biggest to date. Super excited.

Honest to gosh I don't remember how wide he was and won't know till the spring when it's done.

Kelbly obsidian action, arrowhead ignition system, 24" brux carbon barrel, mdt timbr stock, trigger tech diamond, spearhead machine 4 port brake, shooting arrowhead 300gr xld around 2720fps and they hammer. Here's a 3 shot group at 100 and 5 shot at 550

Brux or Hells Canyon barrel? Just want to make sure since I am contemplating a build myself. I currently have a CVA 45-70 conversion. Thank you.

Nice! I'd like to kidnap a few of his kids and let em breed around here!
That low squared off rack is unusual. Around here they generally rise a little more above the skull before branching out.

He's been around our parts for a while but I havent seen many more like him, even younger ones but I guess more time will tell.
