Hello,
I drew a controlled hunt in central Idaho. Being able to chase these amazing monarchs during the rut was going to be epic and my brother and I would make memories that will stay with us our entire lives! I used my weatherby vanguard 300 weatherby shooting 168 grn Berger. I know light weight. One shot 437 yards DRT. I am so grateful that I was able to share this moment with my Brother! We love hunting elk more than anything. And we love spending our time together in the mountains! I am also grateful to all of you for helping me learn as I have continued to study and ask questions pertaining to long range. I am just really grateful for the year 2024

That is a great looking bull! Looks like some **** good mass. More pics please if you have them. Would love to see a clean view of his right side. Nothing wrong with a 168 in 30 caliber.

Beautiful bull! This is a special time of the year we reflect on the season and all that we were able to experience. Congratulations!
