So a little back story: I was nominated for "property hunts" for being a top performer in maintenance for the company that I work for. Then I was hand picked by the manager to go on a hunt on a ranch that is company owned.

I was escorted around the ranch by one of the cowboys - and let me tell you he knew his business. I actually glassed this buck up, but I wouldn't have known where to start if it wasn't for him.

I filmed the buck through my Leupold SX-5 spotting scope with a phone skope adapter. We watched him for about 20 minutes before moving in for a shot.
