19” barrel is there a need for CF?

If a barrel is that short, is it a waste to install a Carbon barrel?
I have a suppressor now and need to change the barrel on my Model 7 7mm-08 (barrel too thin)
I'm actually thinking of changing it to a 6.5 CM
With a #3 contour, I can easily thread my suppressor on it. Would a CF barrel make much of a difference?

I just did a 22" 6.5 creedmoor, an 18" 6.5x47 lapua and a 19" 6.5x47 lapua. The two shortest ones are threaded for UL7. I'd go with a #2 Hawk Hill, which is a robust .66 or so at 18". All 3 are very accurate builds. 2B Bartlein would be same same.
