With a standard one piece base with Windage screws on rear of base how much will one see in MOA change will one see with one turn of screw on base at 100 yds ? Thanks

The thread pitch is 32 per inch, or .031"/thread. If the rings are separated by 4", the windage angle for one full rotation is
(.031"/4")x1000x3.375=26.2 MOA.
