Also, I like my reloaded cartridge to drop into the chamber with just a "tink" with only .002-.003 bump of fired case.
I disagree with some writers above that the fired case should easily drop into the chamber.

I would think that this a classic case of a die that doesn't match well with the rifle chamber. When the die is adjusted to get .002-.003 bump the .200 line doesn't get sized enough for easy chambering/extraction after a few firings. When the die is turned down enough to size the .200 line giving easy chambering/extraction then you end up with too much bump making case life not so good. This is something that is more common with belted mags. What you need to do is find a way to size the .200 line while not pushing the shoulder back too far. The belt buster die may be your answer or a custom sizing die. JMO
