“F S A” Headstamp .223 Brass? Who makes it?

I got screwed over by a shady online retailer advertising New Nosler Match Grade .223 Brass. What showed up was in an unmarked plastic bag and contained a brass is never seen before.

Nosler brass that I've seen has a Nosler stamp.

This brass has a F S A stamp.

Any ideas what I have?

I does "look" new but who knows

I believe I have some FSA stamped .223 brass at home that was originally in loaded Fiocchi ammo. I will have to check tonight when I get home to be sure.

Never seen it before. I process a stupid amount of range brass and that one has never showed up.

From the photo it appears to have had a crimp swagged out. So I wonder if it is fired brass that has been cleaned with SS pins? Funny that it would be 223 instead of 5.56 with a crimp.

That's what I though, but my 223 Rem Fiocchi brass is stamped G.F.L.
