TIA- Anyone have any experience with this scope [TheOne 7-35X56 FFP Illuminated TOR - Zero Stop - 34mm Tube]? The reviews seem pretty good, it's priced right. I'm looking for something decent for distances out to 1,000 yard targets, F-Class. It will go on my 6.5x284, and/or 7mm WSM.

IMO, the features, the glass, the turrets are unbeatable for less than $800.
There's a lot of scipes that have a $2000 MSRP that this beats. Don't mistake it as a tier 1 optic, because it's not...but it's insane how good it is for the price.

That's what I thought after doing some searching.

For Fclass I would save up some more coin and step to a more proven line of scopes like Sightron/Vortex at a minimum.

That said....the pioneers are the ones with the arrows in their backs.....somebody has to go first.

I put one on my hunting rifle this year, everything worked great until it was time to kill and light was disappearing quick. Was still able to put it all together, but it's true what they say...glass really shines in low light.
I've had my share of "budget optics"
Here's part of what I said over at SH...

One thing about the top tier optics is you can buy without much fear of quality concern...but it still comes down to personal preference if you're going to actually LIKE the optic. if you DON'T, you take a huge hit trying to flip it. However, if you buy a pre-owned top tier optic, you save 20-25% and that value stays pretty consistent to the 2nd and even 3rd owner.
I have a feeling something like this DNT 7-35 is gonna be worth 500 on the used market quite some time, which makes it pretty much risk free.

So far, Superior to the...
Eotech 5-25 shorty
Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x
Bushnell Match Pro ED 5-30x
Arken 5-25x
Bushnell XRS Gen3 6-36x
