Happy to be part of this forum. Little about me. I just retired from 28 years of active duty Army. Retired in Texas. I grew up on the West Coast and hunting experiences started in Oregon in the Cascades for whitetail and Elk. Moving every couple of years while on active duty plus deployments made my hunting expeditions very limited. Now that I'm retired I want to ramp that back up. Texas is a challenge because most of the land is privately owned and a lease is needed or through connections you can hunt others land. I hope in time to network here in order to open up opportunities. Again, happy to be here and learn from all or y'all.
