What did y'all do today?

Hung my 6x6 elk euro mount and argued with the wife about what dead center on the wall is (pro-tip: its the nearest stud!) Took longer to argue, to get all the tools together and then put them away than it did to hang.
Added some l.e.d. floods on the back patio.
Researched stripping the finish on rough M70 Winchester and Mossberg 12 ga. and staining techniques. (RIP Homer Formby, I really needed you today).
Dabbled in football a bit.

Not much!

Wife and I are both just starting to get over whatever we got just before Christmas. The sickest that either of have been in the 35 or so years that we've know each other. Made for kinda sucky holidays!

So watching tv and watching the first snow (a dusting or two previously) of the season for us! memtb
I'm sorry to hear that you and the misses are feeling poorly. Best of health to you both.
Congratulations on 35 or so years!

Spent most of the day in pain (same old same olfor 20 years). Picked up kids from school for early release (only at school for 2.5 hours). No school tomorrow. Daughter opened a bank account, so had to be there for that since she's a minor. The band she's in (have only 1 daughter, 5 sons) and she is supposed to be going out of town (260 miles) for a competition/tryouts to proceed closer for state finals. Not sure what time they're leaving or if it's postponed? No updates on if or when leaving because of weather? It's been snowing all day here (Texas Panhandle or at least where I'm at).

Waited around an entire day for UPS to show up with my new SAC Infinity APS die and my parts from Send Cut Send. They were supposed to be here between 0900 and 1430...they didn't show up until 1900 ish.

Got the parts installed and the 3d printed pieces installed too. Now I have fewer things just falling off the pegboard on my other work bench.

Spent a lot of time on "the way back machine" web search to look for forums that have been shut down. I posted a rifle build and want to rewrite it and save it to a thumb drive. All the conversations that I remember are to good to let fade....if I remember correctly..LOL

My whole family caught that same type thing. That's one of the joys of being married to an ER nurse. She always brings home little surprise "bugs" from work for us all to enjoy.

Similar to having kids in pre-school. I didn't, but knew lots of other families that do and they were always catching something
