This 1 was left by his mom and unsure if she came back? Made sure he wasn't touched by us as not to have our scent.

I have always wanted one.
A friend of mine had a bobcat growing up had one that he caught as a kitten and that thing was a hoot.
Another friend had a mountain lion named Austin, that dude was freaking awesome and a absolute mess.
We have a litter of bobcats that play on the front porch and they are fun to watch

I went to go do work at foreclosed house, came out the side man door of the garage, and heard a weird noise. Looked over, and a couple feet away was a large ****ed off bobcat. Fortunately he was in a big cage/dog run kind of thing. Never thought I'd have to call a new homeowner and tell them there was a live bobcat occupying their property.

The old owner of the house legally had it as a pet, why the poor thing wasn't the first thing he moved to safety I have no clue. That cat was really vocal, and I felt bad, it seemed to be in distress.

The new owners called NDOW and someone came right out, this guy was already on their radar. Yours looks super chill and fun.

Some folks want to care for animals, others just want to have them. Clearly the OP is the former.

Hahahahahha, Who else can say they have a "Tactical BobCat", or as ive been calling him all morning "Tactical Bobby"

He has been less than amused by me and the wife today. Only a little of blood was drawn on getting this on him. Hes on his way to the vet tomorrow unfortunately to get neutered so he has to have something on to get from house to truck.

Welcome from NC. I have lots of bobcats on my farms. They are very cool to watch and we see them often. I have heard of them as pets, but prefer to see them in the wild. I knew of a lady that had a pet otter that was a very fun. And one of my friends mother's brother had a pet bear for almost 2 years until it was taken away by the NC Wildlife when passer by saw the kid wrestling with the bear and called authorities.

The title was catching. Just thought id drop in as a new member and say hi. Oh and shoot, this is Bobbie Wasabi. He is a bit of a spicy little fella. Hes 6 months old and weighs in at 19 lbs so far. He enjoys hanging in my basement remodel project watching hunting shows, Ive caught him a few times laying on top of my kudu
Great thread and I look forward to your updates!

I have two bobcats.
The panther is named Justin named after my son.
The tiger is named Alice named after my granddaughter.
Neither one has tails, they're my little bobcats.
