I assume you don't need head space gauges with a prefit correct?
Really all one needs in the no-go gauge. If a sized piece of brass chambers, that's the go.And for those asking about headspace, the gauges are relatively cheap. Just buy them or rent them but use them each time.
If I get around to doing this some time I want to load up about 3 rounds that have been resized in my die for that cartridge. Then use tape on the case head for a no go gauge. This way there should be no need for checking and sizing brass to the chamber. The chamber will be set up to how the die sizes it at full size anyway.I just used the go gauge and put scotch tape over it.
But it's not a big deal how anyone wants to do it just as long as they are checking it.
