All the pictures I posted are 160 and 175 factory loaded nosler ammo.

Your picture I believe show different. I have been loading case for 63 yr now. I am still learning, but what I see is creatoring, and ejector marks.

Different what? It's is factory ammo that caused catering and bad ejector marks...

Then you have a chamber or bolt issue. Take the rifle to a gunsmith.

Update on this (from the OP, there are multiple people asking questions on this thread). Did some more tests with factory ammo.

160 grain "dirt nap" from fierce - very slight flattening
160 grain nosler ballistic tip - no noticeable flattening
175 grain ABLR (not from recall lots)- flattening similar to handloads.
