Poor accuracy , need help.

What powder, bullet combination are you using. Both of mine like the SMKHPBT at 142 gr in front of H380 semi mild load however they shoot very well other powders are ok this one just puts them in a nice tight group .50inche or less is common.
However if it was shooting great before tightening I'd say loosen all that you retorted and start again. Sounds like something has tweaked or twisted after you made the adjustment. I would back track. Just my thoughts everybody here has made good suggestions, good luck.

I've seen on this forum that occasionally the mag box and bottom metal may have been installed incorrectly. Additionally your torque on action screws sounds off.
You might try removing bottom metal, remove the mag box metal and leave it out for test.
If your stock has pillars, torque front and rear to magpul specs or go up to 50-65 in lbs. while at your shooting place. See what it does. The magpul stock may have issues binding in the area of the trigger, mag box area, barrel channel, screw holes.
Your groups seem to be jumping left to right. You might want to check velocity over a chronograph "just because". Sometimes you will find a wild shot can be tied to velocity.
Mis-assembled mag boxes happen. There has to be verticle play in the mag box when installed. Non factory stocks can be off dimensionally or there could be a piece of plastic burr in the mag well binding the assembly.
Take it one thing at a time and bring your tools to the range. Patience....

I'm with Mram10us, get a borescope and know for sure what is in your barrel.
I have seen carbon rings so big you had a hard time closing the bolt, also carbon layers on top of copper fouling and hiding it.
They are cheap now and easy to use.

Those teslong changed the game for us. Still have my $40 usb bs from teslong. I like the one you posted better than mine

Check the front scope base screw, ensure it's not jamming on the barrel threads. Had that issue just recently with a R700 30-06. Tried all kinds of loads and bullets and it would not hold a group. Finally took everything off and the front screw was shiny on the bottom. Filed 0.020 off the screw and rifle was shooting pretty tight groups. It is a friends rifle and he bought it from a gunsmith who was the one who mounted the scope on it.

I forgot to mention allow you barrel to cool between shots, (i wait 5 minutes) thinner barrels tend to "walk" when heated up especially during load workup and testing, once i develop or find a decent load thats when i test faster shot strings.

Also, if you are shooting off of bags or a rest of any kind. Make sure that the rifle stock is resting fully on the rest and that none of the barrel is contacting it. I'm sure it isn't the problem, but I've been seeing a lot of tired folks at the range trying to re-check their zero doing this. Most of them don't even realize it.
