Recently picked up at LR-3 system and got to try it out at the 500 yds range just before it closes to all but snowmobilers for the winter. Not much of a work out for a system rated for 2 miles but I enjoyed to range time. Seekins Element 7 PRC with three different handloads. From the left: 195 Berger EOL, 175 Hornady ELDX, and 175 Berger EH. The rifle is sighted in for the 175 EH and I didn't adjust for different POI on the other loads, just for ballistic dope. Getting this kind of information from the bench is pretty sweet.

I liked mine but never used them much so sold them. Where I currently work, we have two ranges at work (0-200 and 0-1000 yards) and they have two sets that I can use. One set had real short battery life (like 45 minutes). I guess they had a bad batch of batteries from what they stated on their website.

They did not have any available for sale so I bought some from Amazon and soldered them in. I tested them up to 7 hours and they were still going strong.

Unfortunately it looks like I am going to change jobs and lose the 1000 yards range so I will not be able to use them anymore.

I have one but haven't used it yet as my spotting scope has been ok but would really like to stretch it out to a mile or so. I did my first mile shots at Fouled bore in Ok. Close to Fletcher where a friend of mine lives.
