I have never owned a Lab Radar but some friends of mine did and I have shot besides them and they work great. A bit large but they do work.
I owned a Chrony and it worked well until it just broke.
Bought a Garmin and never looked back.
So easy to use and very accurate.

Lol, looking for the best price now, I've got other Garmin electronics and usually Garmin don't allow dealers to sell at lower price but they have a huge service tech help.

Family Firearms has the best price of anywhere I found. $459 now. Has gone up a couple bucks in last month or so.

I agree the Garmin is the best unit out there right now, without a huge premium on other options for what you get. I've shot with a buddy's and it's far more user friendly and less finicky than a LabRadar. If budget is an issue the LabRadar is NOT a bad unit, I've been pleased with mine vs a Shooting Chrony.
I don't see any positives with a Magnetospeed. I want both the velocity of the shot and the measuring unit not to impact the shot.
Heck I'd sell you my LabRadar as I'm looking to upgrade to a Garmin.
