I have not seen much reloading data for 7mm PRC WITH Ramshot Grand so I just wanted to share some results I had.

Disclaimer these are my results not yours. Please be careful and work up your load safely.

Velocity measured with a labradar.
I'm using a bat machine vesper action with a preferred barrel blanks pre-fit barrel 24 inch with 1 inch integral muzzle brake 25 inch overall.
Hornady New brass. Hornady 160 CX bullet. Ram shotgrand powder. CCI 250 primers
Grains powder = velocity per second
68.0 = 2990
68.5 = 3000
69.0 = 2990
69.5 = 3020
70.0 = 3046
70.5 = 3083
71.0 = did not read
71.5 = 3120
72.0 = 3155
I was expecting to start seeing pressure signs at 71.5 grains but I did not see any pressure signs even at 72 grains.
My load was 2.5890 inches to ogive giving me 0.0600 inches jump.

I could just barely hear any movement so 99+ percent. Hence why I did not try one at 72.5. I didn't see any pressure signs on the case and the bolt didn't fill any stiffer then factory Hornady outfitter 160CX. I plan to work up loads at 71 to 71.5 grains as the speed was close to 3100 ft./s and that was my goal.

My factory ammunition velocity in that rifle was 2920 average on lot number 3241201.

Next, I'm gonna try some ADG brass. I'm hoping I can maintain 3100 ft./s without over filling the cases.

I've done lots of compressed loads with Retumbo powder in a 300 RUM. But I have no idea how RamShot Grand would perform in a compressed load. Without solid data in a book, I wouldn't try it. Certainly not in a rifle that I have a lot of time and money in building.

One thing to note. The RamShot did have a slightly different feel to the recoil. It was a hair sharper feel then the factory ammo.
