Duck, duck, duck dinner ...

A buddy and I went out this morning for our first duck hunt this year. It was slow, and the weather was too nice, with no wind. When the pick picked up, ducks started flying, but mallards landed on our decoys in a couple of instances. There were teals and other ducks, but we only wanted mallards. We ended up with three each for the morning. We were home by 1100.

Baby leek and cherry tomatoes are air-fried with pomegranate balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and organic red pepper seasoning. Aw **** seasoning is used to marinate the mallard duck and pan-fry in ghee butter. It is served over quinoa and brown rice with garlic and paired with Harvester ale from Billings, MT.

I'm going to need a recipe on this one brother that looks to **** good 😉!!!
