The bulginess around his neck makes me suspect he has a thyroid problem. I've seen a coupe dogs that had that with verified thyroid issues.

This pic reminded me of a 5 month old pup a friend ( I thought he was a friend) gave me because he was going out of town to work for an extended time.He brought over this fat cute pup...as fat as proportional to the deer. Got up the next morning to see this skinny little fella in my front room....and 4 piles of SHEEEIT...each a full 1/4 the size of the dog the night before!
I'd be real careful about putting a bullet in that deer......could be catastrophic!
