I've started near the top of 280 Remington loads when working up for my AI from manuals and never had a problem.
7mm SAUM loads will be pretty darn close to the 280 AI as far as capacity goes.
I would say that RL 19 is too fast for 168's.

Thanks berger sent me data on 168gr Classic Hunter. And 180 gr VLD hunting bullets. But I won't use the VLD. I want to try the hybrid bullets. I have killed with VLD 140 hunting bullets with my 280 rem. And 168gr VLD hunting bullets with my 7 mag.

There is a 280 AI FB group if you do FB. They have a files section with QL data for all the popular bullets.
