My opinion, I would clear your kestrel reload it with the updates. I would document what your kestrel numbers were before you cleared it. Make sure your rifle inputs are exactly the same. Now if your impacts are still running .1 mil low you have 2 options, adjust the BC of the bullet is where I would start first. It's a manufacturing estimated BC not written in stone BC. Every rifle runs a difference in BC by approximately 1-3% plus or minus in my findings shooting a lot of different rifles in load developments. Barrels, twist rate, powder ext all contributes to BC Value in a particular rifle. If your dead set on your BC adjust your velocity.
