Ahem...
When did those come out? Did you happen to compare to a 131 BJ? Be nice if it's a straight up replacement for the 131 BJ. They shoot great out of my 25-284.

This IS the 131 Blackjack. Sierra made the 131 Blackjack Ace. Blackjack just didn't continue to pay Sierra to make them, so they went out of business.
I assume Sierra had a non-compete clause, and it ran out or they got a ruling BJ was dead forever.
I have 8 of the original BJs, and they are identical in length, BTO, and boattail.
They shoot amazingly in my 25MBK.
These were 3 quick test loads. 3-shot groups.
What is a 25mbk
Exactly what I wanted to know. Thanks. I was hoping they'd start to make them, but wasn't sure they'd be identical to the BJ for legal reasons. Think I still got about 300 of the 131 BJ. Those are some great groups!

I am surprised that Sierra waited this long to release this bullet design. But I am grateful that Sierra has decided to release these for us to shoot since they performed well in my platforms and cartridges. Originally I purchased 500 pieces just to test. Then I bought several thousand because of the performance during testing. I'm not pushed to find these in stock currently but I will buy some to test/compare to the originals.
