This has been a great service for our members. I have had great results in my testing with HH143 in a 280AI. Of course I can't leave well enough alone. I just received 100 HHT145's and need to start my testing. BTW - installing the tips was super simple. Target powders are RL23, H4831sc, and H4350 as of right now. Any suggestions to be mindful of, or should I just roll with HH143 base loads?
Mark if it was me I'd send a few at your 143 charge using same distance off. Then maybe tweak from there maybe not. Show us the groups when you do. Good luck!
The most consistently accurate load for the HH143 in a 8T 24" 280AI:
4831sc 60 grains
Fed 210
Peterson new brass
COAL - 3.3500 .025 off
3170 FPS
.5 MOA and no pressure signs

Folks out there, do y'all have any new loads for 26 Nosler using 124 HH that are not in the @GLTaylor compiled list?
I am thinking pressure test start with
81.5 Retumbo increment 0.5, Nosler brass 3X fired, CCI Magnum. COL 3.56X. Barrel is 25.5 KBI 8T. Tried 700 in a sendero stock. March scope 2.5-25x52. Banish 30 gold muzzle brake, 5/8x24. Can should be here in a a week or so. Will run pressure test without it.

Well, went to the range today. I loaded 4 with 81.5 rounds to get the newly installed scope in the middle after boresight. I did not even get past the 81.5 as the bolt lift is on the hard side to my liking.
Pictures tell the tale. 3rd shot is on the target. Put rifle aside, shot the 7RM for a while, then shot the 4th round.
Edit: 4th shot is 3655.. wrote it wrong
