Just playing around today.
First two were bore sighters…not shown.

Plan to explore the 62.5-63.5 range
GRT predicted 2933… I could play around with the bulk density and humidity and it might've matched up

*Update*
I think at 63.3 gr It opens up, but it was kind of windy and I was probably getting tired after working all day in the fields . I don't know… I'll explore it again later. Pics of the Brass are the 63.3 grain load.

Yeah it is on the edge for mine. I will back it down tomorrow and see how it groups at 2&3 hundred yds.
I wonder if the SAUM guys can match this😜
 
Not sure why I can't update my original post. It's only been one day.
**Update**
I thought I found a flat spot but when I went to verify it, I had an increase of ~ 20 ft./s.
Barrel had 30 shots on it and was only slightly warm. Barrel has a total of 50 shots.
I will test some more but all of this is with virgin Brass and I don't give too much to load development on the initial 100 to 150 rounds.
Not making an excuse, but there's several variables that play here.I've never had an 18 inch barrel gun that kicks this much… it's not horrendous, but it gives a fairly good thump. Also, I'm using a new trigger tech diamond two-stage. Probably too light, but will adjust it. Only using a SWFA/SS 10x scope until I get done with testing. I think the load is good at 62.35…GRT predicted 62.56…not too far off.

What are your thoughts for the 20 ft./s increase in velocity.
