Does anyone have the number for where a guy would go to get a Chargemaster that's out of warranty repaired? All my buttons on the top row of the dispenser quit working last night. I've had it about 5 years now so it's out of warranty, and I'd like to get it repaired if possible. It was too late to contact RCBS last night, and I'd like to get this boxed up and ready to ship ASAP.

IIWY, I'd box it up and wait until Monday to see if RCBS will fix it for a reasonable price. You might get lucky, and they will cover it under warranty. Good luck!

Here you go:

I'll see if this one can be repaired first. I can throw old school if I have to for awhile.

Loan Mountain will fix anything/everything for a fixed price. That is how it worked when I sent my unit there. I was very happy with their work, and I used my unit for years after the work was done.
RCBS customer service is who recommended them.

I had the same problem but when I called them they said that it was out of warranty but they would sell me a new one. I didn't like that answer so I took mine apart and found cold soldering where the ribbon plugs into the circuit board. I took a pencil soldering iron and heated them to get an even flow and it's been working fine ever since.
