For those loading the tipped sierras, what do they like for jump ? I plan on starting at .020" off like I always do. Just curious if there was somewhere they preferred to be or whether or not they were sensitive to jump or not.

That's the bullet and cartridge I loaded. You might have to drill out your seater plug a little. Mine was deforming the tips because they're so pointed. Didn't see a buck so don't know how they perform on game. They shoot good and accurate

I've shot the 77tmk and 130tmk in 22cm and 65cm, both seemed to shoot pretty well 25-35k off touch. I have no experience with tgk. 130tmk is pretty short in a saami 65cm chamber. Not much bullet in the neck, it's more suited to 120fb chambers. These bullets are violent on game, put it behind the shoulder on vitals and stuff dies very quickly with massive wound channels. The 77s punch way a over their weight class when above 2200fps.

2.276" max. That don't leave much in the neck.

When I started load development for my 6.5-284 Norma I originally seated the 130 gr TGK at .020" off the lands which produced around .5" groups at 100m . Seating the bullets at .030" cut the group size to .22" at 100m so trying a little deeper can be very worthwhile.
