26 nosler vs 6.5 prc

I have a 6.5prc in an AR and it shoots extremely soft. I know an AR isn't a bench gun, but it's fun to shoot!

..too much recoil for a bench gun with either...not enough quality long range bullets... you'd be far better off in the .243 diameter cartridges....a 6 Dasher will out perform both in pure accuracy...far less recoil, fantastic bullet selection, a little cheaper to shoot overall...even a 6br or variation of that casing are the way to go. Good luck, think before acting.

Details please I didn't know it was possible to
Fit a 6.5 PRC in an AR action
22" McGowen 8t +2 gas modified hbar 5/8x24 threaded using a kak magnum faced bolt and magnum upper (enlarged ejection port). asc mag gets length to 2.865ish and LaRue to about the same. had the twist @ 8 due to not planning to shoot over 135's or short 142-144's. did some test firing that went fairly well and now just need to adjust for proper ejection with a possible reduced weight in buffer?

r) 6.5prc
l) 7-08rem
