That is a very clean look.. I would be afraid to hunt with something like that!
Which color of black, Armor or Graphite? I had thought of doing the same on my fluted barrels, however I did it all as solid midnight bronze. After the time it took me to apply heat tape to the inside of the receiver, to keep it out of the raceway and lug way, I figured it would take me a good hour or more to get the edges just right on my spiral flutes and probably double the time on my diamond flutes. I will try it on my next barrel though. That looks amazing on your barrel.
Graphite black in the flutes. I used to tape the inside of the raceway of my actions and it's a complete pain in the butt! I ordered a delrin rod off Amazon a turned it to the same diameter as the raceway and install that when spraying the action. Made one for LA and one for SA and it's been awesome
