I don't know much about who built it, the previous owner says it shoots good with both the included bullets. I suspect it's either a Shilen or Douglas barrel but don't know for sure.
Appx 200 pieces of Winchester brass fired appx 3 times (random bags used for storage)
105x Hornady 87gr bullets
Appx 80 Sierra 100gr SBT bullets
