As far as the seat we use a three legged drummer stool. Adjustable height and stable with three legs on uneven ground.

I like a six gallon bucket with a padded swivel seat.
It can also hold my rabbit ear bag, box of ammo, and lazer rangefinder. Gloves and other small things as well.

Yes I have. I have a friend that has one. I don't find it to be very stable but that may be because he keeps it on concrete. I thought at the time that it needed more of a base or footprint.Anyone ever use this bench?

I use a Jawhorse with a 3' round plywood top with a piece of 3x4 screwed to the bottom it clamp it in the jaws. Have used it out to 1300 yards. Heavy.

I saw this on another forum. They said it was made from solid granite. I don't recall the weight, but I think they said it was around 1200 lbs. Not very portable however.

After looking at the pics & maybe it's the guy in the pics, i don't know, but it doesn't appear that you can support the butt end of the gun? Is it just me
or does anyone else see that?
