If you get desperate, neck down. 458 or neck up .264 Win Mag or 7 Rem Mag.
If none of these are available, use .300 H&H or .375 H&H or 8 Rem Mag or 7 STW.
If none of these are available use one of the Weatherby cases.

good luck.. it is possible, just be thankful it's not one of these newfangled gimmick cartridges..
Did you ever find any brass for the 338 Win Mag?
I have about 190 pcs now. I would also be willing to sell the RCBS dies and shell holder too. The cost for everything is $150.00.
