I think a .284 180 grain Lapua bullet will work in a 1-9-inch twist. I don't remember the BC Value off hand. Just another to consider.

A 140gr solid works just as well as a 180gr frangible out of a big 7.

If you want to go longer, there are better bullets with higher BC than the 175 Speer grand slam. Those Speer bullets are great for what...
