This Herter’s Professional Model was in a lot set I purchased recently, but I have no clue what it is for. It is definitely some kind of measuring device as it has measurement markings on the outer dial and on the inner. Maybe an early bullet seating depth gauge? Anyone have a clue?

I was speaking with a gentleman today who was looking for 38-45 dies, and I found some for him! However for me, my old cartridges aren't really that old or really rare like some of yalls. Maybe 7x61S&H, 300savage, or 6.6x55? nothing really over 100years old unless you count 303Brit lol
