I know this is 8 months old, but I just discovered your msg, my sincerest apologies. That little Monarch you have is a heck of a scope and one I wish we still made. As for a custom turret, I would suggest going ot our Spot On site and see if you can enter your information under ordering custom turret's. I honestly don't know if you will be able to or not Paul. Again, so sorry for the long delay, I just never looked at this part before and have found a doz. msgs. I'm sure others feel neglected as well.

Paul, there is no way to swap out the reticles on a Nikon scope I have been told. We do have a new P-223 series scope coming out in 3-9 BDC and a fix 3X Carbine scope. The fixed 3 might do the trick for you. zero at 100 yards and you are still only 2 inches off at 200 yards. If you are a quick shooter this will be perfect for you.
The Calibrated knobs are great to have but they can only be found on the M-223 Series in 2-8, 3-12 and now around the end of June, 4-16 variable. I feel for you starting out with an AR, they are addicting and huge fun!
You know all thing's considered Paul, I think you wold have a heck of a time with the scope you have now on your AR. No reason not to at least see what you think before spending $ on something new. Just an idea.
