I had a 10 twist 700 Rem 223 that just loved 52 grain Speer HP . Shot out 3 barrels over the years. My last trip out had a 8 twist 223 and used 65 Sierria GK . Both rounds gave a satisfying red mist and resounding whop. Also used a 22-250 and 6MM while cooling barrels.

Use a Lyman expander die. No lube round neck. Deburr, size,done! I think they call them a "M" die.

Any reputable dealer in your area should be able to tune it for you. I would find a dealer that sold whatever brand you own. Should be a pro shop. A good pro shop can tune both bow and shooter.
