KESSLER MFG. CO. INC. MODEL 228FR 16GA.

Thanks. Yes but they don't show anything at all for the model I have, model 228FR 16ga. and it has a removable magazine. They do show some parts for the models 128FR, 30c and 50 Levermatic. I think I got a needle in the haystack situation. Thanks, Scotty

KESSLER MFG. CO. INC. MODEL 228FR 16GA.

Good morning everyone. While helping my wife's family clean out her parents attic we found and old Canvas made gun carrying case propped up in a corner. Everyone was not impressed with the old dusty bag and especially after they couldn't get the brass zipper to open. So being the only redneck...

    7 mag brass problem

Are your dies brand new or did the problem start after a while of use? 7mag is a great gun. Stick with it you'll figure it out. So I just resize to the bottom of the neck because I know I'll be using the brass in the same gun time after time but I can alwaya tell when my lube pad is getting low...

    7mm wsm

Thanks highdrum. I seen them and yep they are kinda pricey but look like a great little short cartridge *** burning white tail gun.. I guess it's how bad I want one and how much I'm willing to pay. I've never really heard of Montana Rifle company until I started searching for a 7mm wsm. I see...

    Imr4350 imr7828 h1000 powders

Agreed Lefty. This is why I have stuck by the Nosler manuals for the last 25 years and why I'm dropping down to a 110gr bullet instead of a 115gr to get the 3400 FPS that I;m trying to get while sticking to the suggested load that the manual says. Always saftey first and tight groups second.

    Imr4350 imr7828 h1000 powders

I'm pretty sure no one is gonna want to anwser this question so I'm just asking your opinions but if the manuals you've got faith in and have been using they're products for years with good results and they're load data gives good data tells you for examaple, max load for a 257 wby using a 115...

    Imr4350 imr7828 h1000 powders

So far the H1000 and the IMR7828ssc seem to be the powder this 257wby likes. At 100 yards using 115gr nosler ballistic tip and 71.5 grain of H1000 I thought that was gonna be the load the gun liked compared to the IMR4350. Shooting 2 three shot groups at 100 yards, 1 Group of 3 with the...

    Imr4350 imr7828 h1000 powders

I bought a 1 pound can of the 7828 last week and gonna load some tommrrow. All they had was short cut powder no regular cut. I didn't know what he meant by short cut so I asked and the pellets are cut short so the flow better throught the scales and in the neck of the case is what I was told but...
