I do not think it appropriate to call someone names over this.
The ideal situation would be to obtain permission to use said picture and in the OP, state, "picture borrowed from _____ because I haven't received item yet."
Now That it's posted without permission, ask it to be removed..

How many have tried to return an item from Fleabay? A royal PITA in my experience.
